At the Eppson Center, we understand that nutrition is an essential part of promoting the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of seniors. To help maintain and improve health through balanced and interesting options, we offer home delivered meals, as well as community-building dine-in meals at the Center and monthly dinners out
Home Delivered Meals
The Home Delivered Meal (HDM) program at the Eppson Center serves one of our community's most vulnerable populations by preparing and delivering balanced meals to homebound seniors who are unable to prepare their own meals. The HDM program also provides important social interactions between homebound seniors and volunteer drivers, whose commitment to one hour a week to deliver meals makes a major difference. Dine-in Meals
The Eppson Center combines social connection and balanced nutrition with dine-in meals, available to anyone regardless of age, although prices do vary by age.. Meals are served Monday through Friday, from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm in the Dining Room. For more information and to view the monthly menu, please click here.
Monthly Dinners Out
The Eppson Center arranges for monthly dinners out, reserving spots at local restaurants and providing transportation to these fun meals. This event provides an opportunity for seniors to experience the range of dining options in Laramie and to enjoy a variety of meals in the company of friends. The locations change each month. For our August dinner out, we will be dining at Thai Spice at 5:00 pm on the 20th! If you would like to join us for dinner, please let us know on the sign up sheet in lobby of the Eppson Center. Thai Spice is located at 204 S 3rd St. in Laramie.
