Cemetery Tour

Saturday, August 8. A guided, historical walking tour of Greenhill Cemetery honoring WWI military home front service members. The cemetery is located at 455 N.15th St. in Laramie, and the tour begins at 3:00pm, beginning at row AA. This event is sponsored by the Albany County Historical Society, Laramie Plains Museum (LPM), and the City of Laramie Department of Parks. For a detailed plan of the tour, please click here. 

 

Picnic Time! Chicken at the Eppson ​

​Join us for this special dinner at the Eppson Center on Monday, August 24 from 5:00 - 6:30 pm, in the Dining Room. We will have live music by Ron and Sue Mavrich. Tickets are $10 per person, and are required to attend this event. These tickets are available at the Eppson Center from July 13 through August 24, and only 100 tickets are available, so buy early! 

 

 

August Birthday Celebration

August birthdays will be celebrated August 14 in the Dining Room, from 11:30am - 12:30pm. Come join us and celebrate your August birthday, or to help other patrons celebrate this milestone!

 

 

Senior Bootcamp​

​Starting Tuesday, August 4th, we'll be hosting Senior Boot camp, a strength-building, energetic and energizing workout designed for seniors!  Senior Bootcamp is am energizing circuit-style workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and build strength. Participants will move through a series of timed stations with exercise options for different fitness levels, and chair support is available when needed. This class is a great way to stay active, challenge yourself, and enjoy moving in the company of others. All fitness levels are welcome. This new activity will be held every Tuesday and Thursday in August and September, from 10:30 - 11:30 am in the East Wing of the Eppson Center. ​​​​

Tri Shaw Rides

​Due to popular demand, we're bringing back this fun, relaxing opportunity to get some fresh air and sunshine! We have rides available at 9:30 am and 10:30 am on August 10th and 24th. Sound Bath Meditation

The Eppson Center is proud to offer this relaxing experience to all of our patrons. The Sound Bath Meditation will be held on August 17th ​at 12:30 pm in the East Wing. Please sign up for this event on the board in advance so we can prepare the space beforehand, and remember to wear comfortable clothes to help make it even more relaxing!
