Calling ahead to schedule an appointment is recommended, but walk-ins are accepted.
PLEASE, NO DUMPING! MAKE SURE YOUR DONATIONS AND RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED BY A STAFF MEMBER.
Our Equipment
Our loan closet is kept stocked through returns and donations. Therefore, our inventory is kept on a rolling basis, meaning we may have a surplus of these items or be completely out at any given time. The items we loan are also handed out as-is, and may not always be up to personal standards. For more information on current inventory, give us a call at (307) 745-5116 ext. 127.
We loan out and accept donations of the following items*:
- FOLDABLE Wheelchairs
- Transport chairs
- Canes
- FOLDABLE Walkers
- Rollators
- Shower benches and stools
- Bedside commodes
- Raised toilet seats
- Depends / pads
- Grabber tools
- Knee scooters
- Crutches and forearm crutches
- Bed Rails
- Pill boxes
*Due to the volume of donations and returns we receive weekly, the Eppson Center may not be able to sanitize all equipment before loaning it back out. We encourage all those bringing in and taking out items to sanitize any and all equipment prior to donating/returning it to the Center and upon bringing it home for use.
We do NOT accept the following donated items**:
- Walkers and wheelchairs that don't fold
- Beds
- Chairs
- Clothing
- Oxygen and oxygen supplies
- Electric wheelchairs
- Specialty medical equipment (boots, slings, casts, braces, blood pressure cuffs, etc.)
- Any other fabric items (foot rests, pillows, blankets, etc.)
**If you are unsure if the Eppson Center can accept your medical supply donation, please call and ask before donating. Taking in items we are not able to store places a strain on our closet and resources. Thank you!
