At the Eppson Center we offer a wide variety of activities and events to enhance the quality of life for seniors. People of all ages benefit from being physically active and socially engaged in their communities. As we grow older, it is to our advantage to participate in activities that stretch our physical, social, and emotional selves. The Eppson Center has activities designed to challenge body, mind, and spirit while providing an atmosphere that encourages growth and development.
