The Eppson Center is dedicated to providing programs which enhance and encourage healthy living habits and stimulate mental well-being. Specifically, the Center offers low cost opportunities to improve physical strength, flexibility and balance. Exercise classes and physical programs are available under the direction of certified fitness instructors and volunteer leaders.
