The Eppson Center provides lifelong support for independent living through programs that enhance seniors’ quality of life.  The center offers low-cost opportunities to improve social integration, creativity, nutrition, and physical well-being, and provides transportation, information, and in-home services.

A MATTER OF BALANCE On Zoom Starts Feb 2, 9:30- 11:30 AM

Are you concerned about falling? Do you limit your activities because of falling concerns? Do you wish to improve your balance, flexibility, and strength? A Matter of Balance is the program for you! SENIORS ON THE GO

Seniors on the go is meeting outside of the Eppson Center Fridays around 8:45 am to go on their weekly hikes! For information, please email Flew: sotg@eppsoncenter.org. 

MEALS

CURBSIDE/DRIVE THRU MEALS

Meals are served Monday-Friday 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. Curbside/drive thru meals will likely continue through the summer. For more information contact Bonnie: 307-745-5116

HOME DELIVERED MEALS

Home delivered meals are taken to individual's homes by dedicated volunteers. Meals are delivered 5 days a week to the homes of seniors 60 years of age or older. Meals are prepared by the Eppson Center's kitchen staff fresh daily and are out for delivery Monday between 3:30-4:30 pm and Tuesday-Friday between 11:00 am-1:00 pm. GROCERY SHOPPING

Our shopping service is available to any Senior over the age of 60. We offer door-to-door service within Laramie city limits. Shopping is available Monday-Friday 8 am-3:30 pm. Closed Holidays. All clients must complete an Eppson Center Shopping Program Application and must schedule at least 24 hours in advance. Our shoppers will take a detailed list from you over the phone and pay for groceries. Clients will receive a call with the grocery total before the shopper arrives. Check and cash preferred. Payment required upon delivery.
